From elopements and intimate ceremonies to grand parties, I pride myself on being an adaptable photographer who has one aim, to help record your day as the best day ever. I support marriage equality and feel honoured to be included in every couple’s celebration of their love. Each wedding is different and every couple brings something new to the table. I love this about my job, as although a wedding day is an orchestrated event the beauty is in the individual people and details.

I am a professional photographer and I love weddings!
My goal is to capture our time together so you can remember how you felt, the big milestones of course, but also the unexpected and fleeting moments as well. These are my favourite photos, the ones you didn’t realise were being taken. These are the moments that help to tell a story, and the ones that will most often make you shiver or bring a tear to your eye when you view them for the first time. Many guests at a wedding may have a great camera, but it is the ability to choose which moments will convey what was happening within that moment which I believe makes me a storyteller. It’s an instinct that comes from experience and what makes me me, it’s not about camera gear but an awareness of what is happening during different moments of your day.
For this reason each package I offer includes 10 hours of my time, to make sure the big and in particular small moments can be captured. This allows for the full story of your day to be told and makes for a beautiful wedding album. Extra time is available on an hourly fee if you plan for your dance floor antics to continue past this time.
On your special day
Remember your photographer is often with you more on your wedding day than your bridal party, your family or even each other. For this reason, lets make sure we are a good fit. Chose someone who appeals to you and who you believe you can relax and be yourself around. After all, this is the recipe for the most beautiful images.
Your day is just that, your day, and I pride myself on going along with your plans and wishes, not demanding my own.
The more I know about you and your wedding plans the better we can work together. Tell me your story and your hopes for your wedding day. I have had the privilege of being an integral part of many (many!) weddings, so have seen it all, some more dramatic than humorous. I’ve witnessed lost wedding rings, forgotten vows, rain and thunderstorms (I always have a Plan B for this, including my own umbrellas for the bridal party!) flower girls having tantrums, and even bridesmaids having tantrums too. Know that in a day of variables I am one thing you will not have to worry about.
